Office Angels are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client, a nationwide company for their office in Chapelhall.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic company predominantly to provide customer service and administrative support to the organisation. The successful candidate will have a previous background in administration and be able to proficiently use MS Office packages.
Due to the location of this role - your own transport will be desirable
Taking ownership of inbound calls - taking accurate messages
Providing customer service excellence at all times
Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner
Keying accurate information into the client database
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all tasks
