Adoption Social Worker - West Scotland

Temporary - 29.6 hrs (4 days a week), +3 month contract

Salary: £20 an hour

The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting for an Adoption Social Worker on a temporary basis for the West of Scotland, there is the possibility of permanent contract opportunities later in the year.

This is an essential car users post however the majority of the role will be undertaken through home working.

Key responsibilities

Provide Social Work support to adopters to ensure they provide a safe and secure environment for children/young people placed.
Family finding and matching.
Completion of PAR/Adoption assessments
Liaison with C+F SW of child and Link Meetings
Involvement in matching process
