Support Workers - Supported Living Adults Learning Disabilities

Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with a learning disabilities provider who offer supported living services across Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Lanarkshire. We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers in these areas to assist individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex need and challenging behaviour.

Your new role
These roles are unique and varied as each individual will have unique needs. Whilst these temporary roles will offer diversity, the organisation is keen on matching Support Workers to build rapport and allow them to assist a person to lead a fulfilling and independent life. You could be helping with meal preparation, medical appointments, accessing community facilities or social activities.
