Support Workers - Learning Disabilities

Your new company
Hays Social Care are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join a service in Glasgow dealing with adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and other complex needs. Every individual supported has a care package in place aiming to promote independence encouraging them to take place in a variety interests and hobbies based on their personal abilities.

Your new role
As an experienced Support Worker, you will support individuals with their day-to-day living skills and help them to gain their independence. You will work alongside their families and other professionals to assist the service users in taking part in educational, occupational and leisure activities.

What you'll need to succeed
