The Subcontractor Administrator will be the key point of contact for many subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities: 

Issue monthly planned preventative maintenance work orders to the relevant subcontractor.
Booking access to the site with clients as required.
Raising purchase orders to sub-contractors for reactive works and maintenance contracts.
