Staff Nurse - Night shift

Our client has asked us to find an experienced Staff Nurse for their medium-sized home on the south side of Glasgow. The home has had good grades in the past with a good reputation in the local area.

Over the past 2 years, the home has been underperforming, and our client now needs to add a talented RGN or RMN who can really focus on supporting the new management team to turn this home around.There is real potential to help improve the home and achieve excellent grades. There is room to grow with the home, a chance for career progression, and support from a very committed senior management team.

We would love to hear from NMC Registered nurses who can bring passion, empathy and clinical skills and knowledge to this professional and committed team. A nurse whose goal is to provide excellent care and support for the residents in this homely, comfortable and well appointed care home.
