CCA are proud to be sourcing for a unique role to support the delivery of consumer facing service by analysing contact activity, reviewing processes, and optimising the core service systems. The role is instrumental in the delivery of the consumer service vision alongside solving problems that arise from consumer service delivery and identifying adviser efficiencies and consistency improvements.
They will have experience of the core service system but will also be willing to train further on these systems to enhance their capability.
