Service Success Manager (Salesforce ServiceCloud)
£38-45k + Package
An experienced Service Success Manager is required to join a rapidly expanding consultancy renown for delivery of high quality transformation projects.
This position is initially a 6 month fixed term contract but there is a possibility it could then become permanent.
The successful candidate will support the service delivery by analysing contact activity, reviewing and optimising processes, and managing ServiceCloud
To be considered you'll need to demonstrate:-
Experience within a contact centre operations environment
Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud
Knowledge of Hubspot
Knowledge of continuous improvement and delivering small and medium sized changes within an organisation
Excellent communication skills
