My client`s Service Desk is in need of the help of a contractor for around 3 months initially at their North Lanarkshire site as they are particularly busy supporting project delivery as well more general support queries. This is a very busy, high volume environment that will also afford you the ability to get stuck into some more complex issues when the day to days issues are resolved or escalated.
