I am currently looking to recruit an experienced, main contracting Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large, national contractor. This contractor has a huge presence in both Scotland & England and they are one of the biggest and most well-known main contractors in the UK.

Candidates should have experience in working with projects valuing from £2M - £10M

This contractor has projects across the UK and cover a variety of new build projects across various sectors including:

* Education

* Commercial

* Leisure

* Healthcare

* Retail

I am looking to speak to experienced Quantity Surveyors who ideally come from a main contracting background. Successful candidates will be joining a supporting commercial team who have some of the market's best commercial staff working within it. The Quantity Surveyors role will include but won't be limited to:

* Review of tender documentation/contract conditions/insurances
