The Optical Express Recruitment team is located at our state of the art clinic in the City Centre of Glasgow. Due to continued growth, we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team; the role is dealing with specialist Optometrist recruitment throughout the UK.

If you have experience in an executive search/head-hunting role coupled with in-house or agency recruitment exposure you will find the role exciting, stimulating and very rewarding.

You will possess a strong working knowledge of recruitment processes, headhunting methods and your excellent customer/candidate skills will be evident. Database management along with using recruitment software is a pre-requisite; iCIMS is ideal.
