My client design and manufacture a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world.

They currently require an R&D Engineering Manager to join their engineering centre of excellence in Glasgow. Your role will be to lead a team of 20 multi-disciplined engineers, covering software, hardware and mechanical. Including technical leads, architects, design engineers and test.

They are investing heavily in R&D this year and have lots of exciting new projects happening.

You will be expected to possess a thorough understanding of technical challenges including both new product development methods as well as enforcing organisational behaviours to ensure quality. You will lead the efforts to drive technology road maps and the systems platform.
