I am currently looking for a Product Support Specialist to join a software solutions company in Glasgow. Joining the product support team you will provide exceptional first- and second-line support to customers all over the world.
If you have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment where you use your initiative to effectively prioritise and resolve customer issues then this might be for you.
Key Responsibilities include,
*1st and 2nd line support for all current and future products
*Ownership of support issues and requests from logging to resolution.
*Following support processes and procedures to ensure that all issues and requests meet agreed customer SLA's.
*Work required shifts to cover key customer business hours including UK and North America.
