The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, attending tender meetings and ensuring that all client requirements and technical issues are fully considered. This position will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to prepare Schedule of Rates, "take off" quantities from drawings or bill of quantities and have previous experience within a mechanical environment. You will also need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Commercial, Health, Retail and Industrial projects.
