Our Client has over 30 years experience working with people who have communication support needs and believes everyone should have a choice in how they live their life. People our client work with include those who have sensory impairment, Deaf & Blindness, Autism, Learning or Physical Disabilities and Healthcare support needs.

The Ideal candidates must have:

* SVQ Level 3 in Social Care

* Practical experience working with people with complex support needs

* Experience in Managing Staff

* Car owner/Driver

* Sign Communication Skills (Desirable)

* Demonstrate an ability to work with families including responding to concerns and complaints

* Demonstrate an ability to work with colleagues from external agency's
