A nationally known client of mine is looking for a Lunix Systems Administrator to join their team in Glasgow a permanent basis.

The ideal Linux Systems Administrator will have proven experience in a similar role and be comfortable working on both project and operational tasks for my client's business.

Key Responsibilities Required of the Linux Systems Administrator:

Reviewing and suggesting DDL for new features in line with SQL coding standards and best database performance for the development team
Optimise operational processes through process improvement and automation
Work on thin client OS build, install and patching, troubleshooting issues during install and patching.
Configuring developer access to development environments and distributing credentials
Managing PXE installs, Saltstack, and building images for the cloud.
