Our client is a multi-award-winning financial services business. They are one of the fastest growing businesses in their industry and have absolutely no intention of slowing down! Due to this continued and exceptional growth they are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager to join their ambitious HR team in Dundee (flexible remote working optional).

This role will involve working closely with the HR Management Team and senior stakeholders internally and externally to develop and deliver the learning and development strategy across the Group. Responsible for the implementation of all appropriate skills, behavioural and technical training ensuring our solutions are engaging, provide the required upskill and are valued by employees.

Key Accountabilities:
