Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Glasgow to recruit for an experienced Housing Officer on a temporary basis until April 2021.

Hourly Rate £14.51 35 hour week, Monday to Friday.
This role will be homeworking.
Basic Disclosure Scotland Required.

Key responsibilities include:
Provide all aspects of estate management and rent monitoring service to tenants within a specified geographical patch
Allocate houses and provide advice to potential tenants and those seeking accommodation within the same specified geographical patch
Jointly inspect and provide information and advice with regard to the physical standard of vacant council owned dwellings
Allocate houses to applicants with strict accordance with the allocation policy.
Provide advice and assistance to all applicants for housing.
Assist Clerical Officers in order to ensure that applications and allocations are processed within the service standards.
