The role

We have an exciting immediate vacancy for a HR Business Partner - This role will be based in our Glasgow office combined with home working (with occasional travel). We require an experienced HRBP to become an integral member of our team. You will partner with client groups in Glasgow and Ireland but will also have ownership for key people projects, policies and procedures delivering these across the UK.

You will have experience working within a Contact Centre environment as a HRBP ideally within the financial services sector or a regulated environment. Be confident to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and thrive working in an entrepreneurial environment which is investing in people capabilities.
