Our client is a privately owned high growth manufacturing SME supplying customers worldwide from various production facilities. As a result of some significant and sustained growth, we need to source an ambitious and experienced professional to support the company in the realisation and delivery of its business objectives, and growth ambitions.

Reporting to the board this transformational role will be responsible for all production operations, across each plant, prioritizing workload to ensure production to ensure output levels, quality levels and ensure that customer delivery targets are met. You will lead a team of in excess of 75, operating within a cell and modular assembly operation. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, via Lean Manufacturing tools to coach, lead and manage employees to embrace the culture of never-ending improvement in safety, productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
