Fraud Administrator

Our client, a highly respected Public Sector establishment, based in Glasgow City centre, requires a number of Interventions Officers. This is a temporary role. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Rate of pay will be £12.09 per hour. Please note whilst initially home based you will need to be able to work in Glasgow when staff return to office working.
A minimum Basic Disclosure issued within the last 12 months is a requirement for these positions.

Overview:
While our clients business strategy has been to design out opportunities for fraud and error through preventative measures where possible, there remains the possibility that fraud and error will occur. To respond to this, the Fraud and Error Resolution Unit detects, investigates and corrects instances of fraud and error. The Interventions Team are tasked predominately with proactive and reactive correction of errors in the benefit caseload.
