The Role - Financial Inclusion Manager

Provide day to day management support to operational advice staff
First point of contact for advice queries, guidance and decision making
Support case work
Manage a team of advisers

Required

Previous experience is essential in Debt, Welfare Benefits, Universal Credit, Energy Advice and Financial Capability
Highly motivated
A clean driving licence and own car are preferred although not essential
Candidates will be required to pass either an enhanced disclosure or PVG

The ideal candidates should have a good knowledge of the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
