Salary - £22,000-£28,000

The Role - Advisor

Liaise with clients
Provide up to date advice and information
Assist with and complete benefit forms/ applications
Manage caseloads whilst working towards deadlines

Required

Previous experience is essential
Knowledge and understanding of debt and benefit system
Highly motivated
Solution driven
Can do attitude
A clean driving licence and own car are preferred although not essential
Candidates will be required to pass either an enhanced disclosure or PVG

The ideal candidates should have a good knowledge of the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
