This role will be part of a new opening consisting of multiple corporate offices in a new and exciting concept which will be an urban playground with restaurants, pop-up food stalls and shops, events and entertainment. It's a workplace that prioritises diversity, culture and community, learning and innovation.

My client is looking for an experienced Executive/Head Chef who truly understands Food and how to create menus inspired by traditional Scottish cuisine but with an innovative touch. A chef who can also create menus from a multitude of cultures to create an authentic dish for special events and customer requirements.

An exceptional chef that has had the benefit of a diverse career across 4/5* Hotels, Restaurants, Contract caterers or innovative Pop up street food outlets.
