Conrad Consulting is currently working with a renowned construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team in Glasgow.

This role will involve preparing all relevant tender documentation and ensuring that these are assessed and submitted as required and that any relevant negotiating is undertaken, and prices agreed upon. You will be working on an array of projects but previous exposure to large construction projects, preferably new build, would be advantageous.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Looking over all tenders that are brought to the business and assessing these for commercial viability. You will be expected to undertake all measuring and take offs as required by the tenders and produce bills of quantities of the back of these.

We are looking for candidates with experience of pricing from first principles.
