Job:  Senior Estimator / Estimator Buildings

Boyd Recruitment are currently representing an independently owned main contractor in the Glasgow area. Our client have been present in the Scottish market for over 30 years.

They have built a strong reputation across civil engineering & Main contracting. They are looking ahead to 2021 in appositive manner and are looking to add another accomplished Estimator to the pre-construction team.

The Job

The role is primarily focused on building contracts, although some civil experience would be beneficial but not essential.

You will have:

* Significant experience estimating / tendering for buildings projects Project values vary from £300K - £5M
* Responding to tenders in a timely and efficient manner
* Producing technical quotes to help win high-end residential and hospitality projects
* Ensuring that all quotes are delivered on time and are commercially accurate
