Job Overview

The successful candidate will ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's. They will also maintain all buildings to a high standard in a proactive manner.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
