The main responsibilities for the Design Lead are
. Identify issues in complex problems and clarify understanding or stakeholder expectations leading to effective solution design.
. Deliver designs, specifications to enable teams to deliver efficient and reliable code.
. Responsible for the creation and implementation of end to end technical design and ensuring alignment to the strategic technical architecture.
. Work with delivery teams and partners to break business and system requirements down into appropriate packages and identify key requirements for integration with internal and external systems.
. Ensure that new and updated platforms, products and transactions are thoroughly tested for performance and data quality, are able to handle expected load, and can be maintained over the long-term.
