You will be tasked with acting as the key point of contact for customers, some in financial difficulty, resolving a wide range of queries over phone and potentially by email. You will be working for one of their major UK and International blue-chip clients.
Based in the company's Glasgow office, you'll report to an Operations Manager and will be responsible for interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner.
