As a Customer Service Insurance Advisor you will handle inbound calls dealing with customers who are interested in new products or making changes to current products, provide quotations and offer products that suit, take payments, support the customer in any way required and updating customers information. The initial training is first class this will set you up for success for the future.

Full Time 40 hours
Operating Hours Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9an-5pm, Sunday 9am-2pm, Full flexibility is required as shifts will vary between 8/10hr shifts on a 10-week rotation.
£18,797 per annum
February 2021, pre-employment checks are completed prior to issuing a contract and confirming exact start date.
