Call Centre Team Leader - Home Working Role £12.08 per Hour 35 Hour Week.

The criteria we would like to see is:
* Contact Centre management experience - minimum 1 year
* Able to work permanent weekend days in line with business needs (one or both days if required)
* Working an 8am to 8pm rotating shift pattern, 8-4 or 12-8, 35 hours per week
* Test and Trace experience (not essential but desirable)
* DBS check required
Excellent opportunity to use your Call Centre Team Leading experience to lead and direct a team to ensure exceptional service delivery is being achieved
