The criteria we would like to see is:
* Contact Centre management experience - minimum 1 year
* Able to work permanent weekend days in line with business needs (one or both days if required)
* Working an 8am to 8pm rotating shift pattern, 8-4 or 12-8, 35 hours per week
* Test and Trace experience (not essential but desirable)
* DBS check required
