I am working with a growing online retail company who are currently recruiting for a technically strong CTO in Glasgow.

The Company

They are a rapidly growing online retail and E-Commerce business, based out of Glasgow with a strong focus on the Asian retail market. They have witnessed 100% growth year on year and are hiring their first CTO / Technical Lead into the business. They have employees across Glasgow, London and China and with their sustained growth over the last few years, are looking to build out a brand-new Engineering function.

The business is run by a group of young and ambitious entrepreneurs, and they are really going places. Their realistic aim is to become the industry leader in their market in the next 10 years, and they require a technically able CTO to help them deliver this. With part of the team being based from China, this role will require an element of travel oversees (circa twice annually).
