Our client is based in Glasgow city centre (although the role will initially be home-based) and an opportunity now exists to join their busy and professional Administration Support Team. With offices throughout the UK our client is involved in Health & Safety/Risk Assessment within a number of industries including construction and engineering. This is a pivotal role which reports to the Operations Manager and as part of the team you will be responsible for providing support to all levels of the business along with ensuring consistency and quality throughout all projects.
The key duties are :-
Provision of office support services including being the first point of contact for the business
Maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Organising travel and accommodation
Maintenance of all calendars/diary invites
Fielding enquiries to the correct person/department
Formatting of accurate documents and reports
