Conrad Consulting are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in London, who are looking to open a Scottish office after seeing a huge increase in their workload North of the Border.

They have gone from strength to strength during the lockdown period and with a diverse client base ranging from, but not exclusive to, Industrial, Commercial to Residential, they are now looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor.

This role will initially be home based but they will look to put roots down on an office in Glasgow once restrictions are lifted. You will have full responsibility for P&L for the office with continued support from management down south.

Our client has a head count of around (Apply online only) staff and have a turnover of around £17.5M per annum.
