WRS Tech are working with a fantastic shipping business in the Glasgow area to source Asset Management Office to report and support to the fleet support department. This will suit someone who has worked within a busy office environment and confident in working under pressure.

Responsibilities:
* Preparing and maintaining duty managers rotas.
* Creating and maintaining all aspects of the management of vessel improvement programmes including upkeep of VIP register / liaison with senior managers & vessel staff enabling all VIP actions.
* Production of Technical/Financial/Overhaul KPIs.
* Responsible for HMRC Coding for Vat Statistics for Finance Dept
* All aspects of CPS including Ordering & Invoice Management.
* Documenting and keeping record of all annual overhaul budgetary.
