Architectural Technician required ASAP.

Job Purpose

To assist the Technical Manager and the department by ensuring all information/drawings are kept up to date and issued to the relevant departments/sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultants

* Prepare and present design proposals using CAD

* Preparing Technical Specifications and Materials Schedules

* Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities

2. Design

* Prepare and present design proposals using CAD

* Preparing Technical Specifications and Materials Schedules

* Liaise with SAP assessors to obtain design stage SAP calculations and refine specifications on a site-specific basis to achieve cost savings.

* Obtain postal addresses.
